4. How we handle complaints

We record concerns and complaints, the steps taken and the outcome, and we use what we learn to improve the practice. Complaint records are kept securely and separately from your clinical record and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are welcome to bring a support person with you or to ask someone to raise a concern on your behalf with your written authority. If you need an interpreter or any other assistance to make a complaint, please let us know, and we will help arrange it.
