Feeling unsure is very common. A free 30-minute introduction appointment can help you decide whether this feels like the right fit.
Different approaches and pacing can make a difference. Therapy is tailored to your needs and circumstances.
Registration, experience, and feeling at ease in conversation are important factors.
Concerning signs include breaches of confidentiality, dismissal of your concerns, pressure, or fostering dependence rather than independence. You should feel respected, safe, and heard.
I provide out-of-hours support for existing patients.

Alternatively, if you need immediate support, please contact your GP, a local crisis service, attend your nearest hospital Emergency Department, or call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
